The Trainer

I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoy multiple means of movement from animal flow to running, lifting to yoga. I believe movement is medicine and we all have the power to nuture our bodies through movement! When it comes to training, I have never been into only one style of training. I choose to take a holistic approach and I believe a healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy body and mind.

As your Personal Trainer, I work with you to identify your fitness goals and design a program that fits your needs while leading you through every workout. Whether you are new to working out or looking to get back into a routine, I can support you on your journey. 

I use various training styles including calisthenics, strength, resistance and interval training.  I avoid a cookie cutter approach to training in order to keep workouts fun, fresh and exciting! I look forward to working with you.

The Health Coach

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive 1-1 environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. 

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. My goals is to empower you to adopt a mindset that healthy living is a lifestyle that goes far beyond weight loss.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
