At first I worried that six months would be too big of a commitment but that length of time gave me the space to learn, understand, and try different techniques for change. Sarah understood me and my goals. I continue to use what I learned from her every day. The best part of the program is knowing that change comes from within me. Sarah pointed the way and was a superb guide and coach. My top three goals upon starting the Balance Beast 6-Month Health Coaching Program were, exercising regularly, increasing healthier foods into my life to lose weight and have more energy, and clean home environment. Sarah was able to help me work towards my goals by getting clear on my why, meeting twice a month, and detailing each goal. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been carving out time for all I want to achieve. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been a better use of my time, being kinder and more forgiving to myself, and developing a healthier relationship with food. I would describe my coach as Intuitive, determined, knowledgeable, and caring. Sarah made sure I was comfortable and created an atmosphere where I felt seen, safe, lifted up, and celebrated.
